1. Update and make deployment doc easier to understand …

   *Summary*
   
   Update the deployment documentation with easier to understand terms and examples. Also, provide a more secure way to deploy Firefox Send.
   
   *Additional Notes*
   
   * While the deployment doc was enough to deploy Firefox Send on Debian/Ubuntu with Apache, it lake critical information that made me scratch my head several minutes before finally figuring it out. I used information from mozilla#1356 and mozilla#1221 .
   * I also rewrote it using a slightly more secure way of launching the running script, without giving shell access to `www-data`.
   * Lastly, I added a section about TLS certificate. While not directly related to Firefox Send, it's probably something a lot of people want to do, and something we should recommend as much as possible.
