This PR is based on #51
This adds a correct implementation to getting the manifest 'Docker-Content-Digest' from the header section. This is needed to delete stuff from docker registry using registry Api v2 (which should be at least all of them!). This PR sets the Accept in the header directly to V2.
Please get this merged! PR #51 was contributed in 2018! Thanks!
