Description of changes

I see that only 3 badges have been developed so far, none of which reflect the current state of design.

There should be a set of generic Badges available for use in any situation, and then several presets to use specifically for room decoration.

Basic variants:

• Default
• Default + Icon
• Grey
• Grey + Icon
• On Solid
• On Solid + Icon
• Blue
• Blue + Icon
• Green
• Green + Icon
• Red
• Red + Icon
• You (shows user avatar)
• Name (room or username)

Based on the above variants, we need specific Badges for display in the Right Sidebar.

For Room Decoration specifically:

• Public
• Trusted
• Not trusted
• Encrypted
• Not encrypted

In the current implementation, it appears that the wrong color tokens were implemented. Please update.
