If you create an issue in the filtered GH Projects table view using the + row at the bottom, it won't by default have the necessary labels to show up. You'll need to open the (draft) ticket, then click Convert to issue and choose cg-ui for the repo. Then from the issue view, assign the label squad-dashboard and set a status under the Project named cloud.gov team.

Pull requests with the same label ( squad-dashboard) and project (cloud.gov team) will also show in the filtered list in GitHub Projects.
