Release 1.05 - Fix the É key, and new Canariastag version

Upper case É in Windows was busted and is now fixed. Also for people that came from Canary on ortho keyboards but still occasionally have to touch a Windows computer with a rowstag keyboard, I have made "Canariastag" which you can load on to a machine so that it's usable.

To prevent people from main-lining Canariastag by accident not knowing what it's meant for, I won't be adding that to the release downloadables on this page. You can get it from the repo folder instead.

Canaria begins life as a Windows installable keyboard layout.

The region is set to United States - English. This may pose a problem for you if you are used to searching for layouts in LATAM countries like Mexico.

I think the way around this problem is to make a release for each major Latinoamerica region with the exception of Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina (countries that interact a lot with Portuguese which Canaria does not support).

What do you think? I am biased of course because I live north of the equator. Please open an issue to let me know.

Install instructions

Unzip the package and make sure that you have administrator rights to your computer so that you can install the layout. Then open your Keyboard settings and add US - Canaria.
