What is the purpose of the change

Support the execution of alter materialized table set freshness

Brief change log

  • Support convert SqlAlterMaterializedTableFreshness node to operation
  • Introduce ModifyRefreshWorkflowCronExpression and Support Modify CronExpression for EmbeddedScheduler
  • Support the execution of alter materialized table set freshness

Verifying this change

This change added tests and can be verified as follows:

  • Added ITCase in MaterializedTableStatementITCase to verify the change
