Mudança do campo inscr_mun -> l10n_br_im_code para seguir o modelo de dados nativo da Odoo desde a v16 e até a v18:

Isso é uma versão light do replace total de #3388 visando a facilitar os cherry-picks com a v14 por enquanto mas já adotando o modelo de dados que a Odoo SA adotou.A ideia seria aplicar #3388 so que daqui alguns meses quando não tiver muitos cherry-picks com a v14 mais.
