brew vendor-gems: commit updates.

After bumping Ruby to 3.3.5, I started getting the error

Error: failed to install the 'bundler' gem.

when running

brew install-bundler-gems --groups=all

I noticed that the version of bundler packaged with Homebrew's portable ruby is 2.5.20, so I bumped it and ran brew vendor-gems --update=--bundler.
