Investigation of intraspecific factors driving resistance and/or resilience to SCTLD on Florida’s Coral Reef

In this respository you will find all the scripts and steps to analyse the data collected from 90 colonies of Orbicella faveolata in 3 sample periods. Sequencing data corresponds to QuantSeq 3'mRNA-Seq cDNA libraries sequenced on a NOVAseq S2 flow cell.
