Allow user to remove host path mount for node-agent

After data mover micro service, the data mover backup/restore doesn't rely on the host path mounted to node-agent. On the other hand, in some env, host path is prohibited.
Therefore, when users use data mover backup only, we should allow users to remove host path mount to node-agent from installation.
