timelimit given in seconds or isoseconds, allow +1 day #14

currently timilimit uses the isoseconds format, which is required for the scheduler… but is limited to less than 24 hours (due to strict conformance to the format). Some runs may need to scheduler longer than 1 day, so days should be added. Also, should be able to give time in seconds, or in isoformat.
