Notes

  • w/ Devise
  • users within uc can self register by logging in through shibboleth
  • local accounts might also be permitted to self-register - if there are no abilities connected to the default account, this should not be a problem
  • admin users should be able review accounts and assign permissions
  • the owner of an admin set should be able to assign permissions in connection to that set
