The part about switching Tonkeeper to testnet is outdated

The tutotial describes a way to switch Tonkeeper to testnet:

Open the "Settings" tab and tap 5 times quickly on the Tonkeeper Logo on the bottom. The "Dev Menu" should show up. Click on "Switch to Testnet" and make the switch.

Nowadays, when I tap 5 times, I get to the Dev Menu, but the "Switch to Testnet" button isn't available any more.

Probably that's because Tonkeeper now has multi-account support, so the user can switch between Mainnet and Testnet wallets without changing the mode of the whole app.

But there seems to be no button to create a new Testnet wallet (only to import an existing one), so it's not clear how a new user can follow this tutorial with a Testnet account now. The tutorial clearly needs some update.
