NOTE: This method always returns at most 20 results. Example

Execute for test:

fetch('https://mainnet-v4.tonhubapi.com/account/EQCo6VT63H1vKJTiUo6W4M8RrTURCyk5MdbosuL5auEqpz-C/tx/27668319000001/x2_3cqpuYzOC0CZU9bNMfGG84FT_huceZpcrcr2Bvgc')
.then((data) => data.json())
.then((data) => console.log(data.blocks.length))

API always return maximum 16 transactions, maybe method need count in arguments.
