Congratulations on flyjs new generation 🎉

Should I rename it to taskr-ava, or change to official package?
I have not understood much yet.

It's up to you. You can move it back to your own repo, or I can merge it in as an official package.

How about moving fly-ava, fly-mocha, fly-ejs plugins to official packages?

I'll create Pull Request in a few days.
