Deploy functions in parallel

When I do supabase functions deploy it takes a long time to deploy all the functions

I'd like the option to have the supabase functions deploy deploy functions in parallel to speed things up

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can write my own script to do this by deploying each function individually

This is actually blocked on our platform api which doesn't support parallel deploy. We have a proposal to improve it but unfortunately there's no timeline I can share.
