Email hook = duplicated auth emails

Bug report

• I confirm this is a bug with Supabase, not with my own application.
• I confirm I have searched the Docs, GitHub Discussions, and Discord.

Describe the bug

I set up an send_email hook, which is sending an email from my third-party provider (Resend). But I constantly receive emails sent by Supabase automatically, so I'm receiving two emails now (e.g. for confirming account). Can I solve it somehow (e.g. by disabling Supabase emails)?

Expected behavior

One email is delivered to the user.
