Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Drop Node 18 support on 30th of April 2025.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can update the following dependencies:

minimatch@10
glob@11
tap@21
tap-parser@18
rimraf@6

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could drop support earlier, but I like the clear release schedule of NodeJS.

Additional context

The latest versions of deps above dropped support for node 18 early.
