Build freezing at random Times at provisioning stage

I've been trying to build an Raspberry Image serveral times over the last few days and at almost every build the provisioning process stops at an random place int the provisioning section.

From about 20 tries only one build succeded. I've tried several different versions of Packer and this plugin every time with the same result, is there any way to debug this plugin or have an live shell to check what the issue is?
