FAQ: UpCloud in France/Germany and Netherlands
Privacy Policy: Proton, UpCloud and AWS in Germany, Switzerland, Netherland and France
Security Overview: No mention of any servers in Switzerland. Hyperlink to AWS when mentioning S3 file storage
Blog post about leaving AWS: "Our entire infrastructure is now running on UpCloud.", so no more AWS
