Description:

Just trying to summarise things, In all I think we need 4 documents? :

1. Syncing this repo with scaffold-eth-2 repo and publishing
   • Basically contains the changes of this PR Update developer guide with the new create-eth workflow #59
   • And in future will also be updated to document Figure out the RC branch flow #56
2. Contributing to CLI - This explain how cli works, its folder structure (mainly usefull if someome is planning to contribute to cli itself)
   • basically 3 parts:
     • Contributor Guide
     • Changes to CLI
     • Core extension ie. hardhat & foundry
       • A bit about dev mode (this can reference special files too)
     • telling about the changeset and also mention convention Naming convention for changeset (discussion) #64
3. Sepcial files document:
   • This documents basically will be refered by both core-extension as well external extension
   • It will mostly contain same content from this file after this heading
4. Creating extension(can also be called as creating external extension?)
   • stuff mentioned in Documentation to create an extension create-eth-extensions#1 (comment)
   • document stuff from Developing external extensions (v0.1) #57
   • A link to special files
   • How to use Dev Mode

Just thinking about all the stuff we are planning to document I think it would be nice if we have wiki instead of creating different files ?
