The documentation layout should be improved with the following:

edit README.md to match the layout of Qibo with badges
add to the sphinx docs the missing entries pointing to other qibo related projects for the navigation bar on the left.
include some diagram with the available backends (xmind, ccing @MatteoRobbiati).
