--delegate asks for file

when using --delegate in 0.16.0 I get this:
error: the following required arguments were not provided:
<--file |--batch >

Usage: ord wallet inscribe --fee-rate <FEE_RATE> --delegate --dry-run <--file |--batch >

For more information, try '--help'.

I don't understand why I would need a file or batch to make a delegate, the delegate i set should be the file? Sorry if I've missed something basic. Doing this as a batch did not seem to help either?

I see there is a duplicate issue #3035 and a draft pull request https://github.com/ordinals/ord/pull/3027/files/7fc9271a5cf9190d3e20b7986932fab084869a67 so I will close this one, hopefully delegates are fixed soon.
