We have two loggers in the system: bootstrap logger that writes errors related to configuration during bootstrap and regular logger that is created after the configuration was parsed. The boostrap logger is overridden immediately after the configuration is available.

This approach is incompatible with the current logging solution and does not assist with remote debugging of configuration errors.
