Aggregate node logs to a single file in CircleCI e2e tests

In most scenarios you don't know which node had the issue, and you need to go over the files one by one. Also, this makes it harder to follow a process involving more than one node.
I suggest to aggregate the logs into a single file where each log entry has the node ID, sorted by time.
