I just logged an issue I found with HTTP1.1 streaming not working with the latest dotnet framework (#18512)

The reason I rolled back to HTTP1.1 was because I could not get HTTP2 streaming to work with PDF.js and dotnet.

What I want to know is does PDF.js support any other methods of streaming PDFs?
