[feature request] Add extension settings for different comparison strategy #101

(as discussed in #95)

The comparison itself is done the great library dir-compare, not by the extension's code.
That said, the extension allows to choose comparison strategy including by date.
It's a good idea to give the option to choose the strategy using the extension configuration

Compare file by date/size can be very fast (especially for large folders), it would be awsome to add some setting entries to let user choose between different comparison strategies.

Even further, maybe we can have extra buttons/list-items to click on to switch between strategies in place (and settings are automatically saved to your workspace).
