Azure Data Studio Version: 1.49.1
OS Version: Darwin arm64 23.5.0

User account ‘[email protected]' not found in MSAL cache, please add linked account or refresh account credentials.

This problem has been persistent for a few years, but has gotten worse. None of the solutions on related tickets have helped.

Not a duplicate, because the other threads ask for a new issue to be opened if this recurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

Connect to an Azure database.
Continue working.
Connect again within a few minutes to another Azure database. See error.

Or

Reveal details (click wedge) of Azure SQL Database in the explorer.
See error.

Yes, I have been assiduously clearing the MSAL cache for years, and the problem continues. Would really like to be able to use this tool!
