Upload to OpenStreetMaps does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Record a path
2. Share -> Upload to OpenStreetMap, Sign in
3. "Uploading the map", but then nothing happens, the map is not uploaded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Map should be uploaded to OpenStreetMaps

Alcatel 6012

What version of Android are you running?
