haxelib libpath doesn't seem to be implemented

All I get is errors like this:

>npx haxelib libpath hxcs
Error: Library hxcs is not installed : run 'haxelib install hxcs'

While haxelib path works fine.

I am having this issue, it would be great if this was implemented. I can try the workaround linked to above though.
