When I press connect it shows me an ip that isn’t mine. How can I fix this?

When PortMapper is connected to a router, it retrieves the external IP address from the router using UPnP service GetExternalIPAddress. If this address is wrong it could be caused by the network configuration of your internet service provider (ISP). This address is only for information. It has no influence how PortMapper works.

However if your ISP uses carrier grade NAT, then your router is not reachable from the internet and PortMapper can do nothing to fix this.

You can get the actual address using services like https://ifconfig.me/ or https://ipinfo.io/
