Server is down

I'm getting the following error when building my app:

INFO: I/O exception (org.apache.maven.wagon.providers.http.httpclient.NoHttpResponseException) caught when processing request to {}->http://rubygems-proxy.torquebox.org:80: The target server failed to respond

Is the server down?

getting something similar,

And trying to visit http://rubygems-proxy.torquebox.org/ in a browser doesn't respond. The Google cached page says to ping @bbrowning

Check jruby/jruby-maven-plugins#100 for possible workaround.

rubygems-proxy.torquebox.org is running again, but its pretty scary that its unmaintained, and not served over SSL. I've raised an issue on the main JRuby repo asking that an officially maintained, secure version be hosted somewhere like at jruby.org, since default JRuby gems and functionality depend on it
