HPy Sprint 2022 (Düsseldorf) Topics

In preparation for our HPy sprint (https://hpyproject.org/blog/posts/2022/07/dusseldorf-sprint-2022/), here is a list of topics we want to discuss or work on:

• Platform tag for (pure) HPy universal binaries * Sort out what to do about mixed-mode binaries (= universal + legacy)

The names in the parenthesis are just referring to people who were already involved in that topic. Everyone is, of course, free to work on any topic.
