[trpc-server]: support for websockets #699

We have trpc-server middleware. But there is no clear way how to get it working with websockets.
For fastify there is example: https://trpc.io/docs/server/adapters/fastify#how-to-enable-subscriptions-websocket
Can we support websockets with hono + trpc?
