Randomly pops up past feeds when using with reddit inbox

I added my reddit inbox feed
http://www.reddit.com/message/inbox/.rss?feed=297~~4bd&user=me
and set it to update every minute, and after getting all the messages the first time, it randomly keeps getting new messages from the past and poping them up as new notifications. It's quite annoying, kinda like reposts..

I have the same problem. My feed URL is http://www.reddit.com/message/comments/.rss?feed=b3cd10bca106077f606ae3718f301778a904789f&user=UTAN_dev and what's interesting is that only the last message keeps popping up; the previous one is correctly handled as read by FeedNotifier.

I have fixed this an year back. This will occur for few selective site which updates their post but not the their title.The changed are pushed and created a pull request #58
For the time being until fogleman accepts my pull request build yourself and check if it is working
