"Error in process filter" when typing

Every 2-3 characters I type I get

error in process filter: url-http-mark-connection-as-free: Transfer interrupted!
error in process filter: Transfer interrupted!

It still works if I keep typing.

Can't reproduce here, are you sure you use the last helm master, otherwise you may have still loaded the old wikipedia code which is not working (it is why I moved it in emacs-helm as an independent module).

My helm is at 1050b7650099947c72186116443f5c14c46e9f81. The funny thing is, the error does not occur when I enable `toggle-debug-on-error'. Might be a timing issue.

I have it too. I think this issue is specific to Windows (could not reproduce on Linux). toggle-debug-on-error set to true solves it.

Did you try with curl ? (setq helm-net-prefer-curl t)

I have increased input-idle-delay for helm-wikipedia (customizable), maybe that help ?

Your modification works well. I thought it would make completion slower, but not really discernibly so. On my computer, the error gets less frequent at helm-input-idle-delay set to 0.3, and completely disappears at 0.4, so this setting might be enough.
I did not try with curl.
