Story

As a community admin, I want to be able to ban a user, or a homeserver, from the user info popout, straight to a banlist. This way I can ban a user from my entire community, far more efficiently than copying their user ID, switching rooms and using a moderation bot command, or external tools.
This would hugely simplify managing large communities that are likely already using a moderation bot and banlists.
