Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

Some users may be unfamiliar with InstructLab when they go into the Tuning section in the AI Lab. This is a suggestion to guide them to https://github.com/instructlab or InstructLab UI in the future. Right now a good place to start might be: https://github.com/instructlab/taxonomy/blob/main/README.md#getting-started-with-skill-contributions or thereabouts.
