Expand on content users should not include in support requests #2139

In order to prevent information spillages, we want to expand on the types of information that should not be included in support requests.
Specifically, we should point out that users should not send us details about vulnerabilities

Acceptance Criteria

  • GIVEN [a precondition]
    AND [another precondition]
    WHEN [test step]
    AND [test step]
    THEN [verification step]
    AND [verification step]

Security considerations

[note any potential changes to security boundaries, practices, documentation, risk that arise directly from this story]
