Fix Examples on Getting Started

Hi! I'm working on the data.gov team and am being introduced to cloud.gov. I was following the tutorials on https://cloud.gov/docs/getting-started/code-samples/ and noticed that the sample app fails to start. I have not debugged why it can't start, but it seems like there's an issue with the app itself.

All of the apps in the hello worlds repo should be checked to ensure they are working correctly with current buildpack version, and updated accordingly if not.
