In Optimize 7, add new supported engine version

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

• Add the engine to the supported versions checker here. This would need to be done against the release branch .

• QA testing:

  • run Optimize 7 with engine version 7.22.0
  • login
  • make sure there are no error logs in Optimize log and Optimize importing data.

Decision:

• Moving out the adjustments of the IT to a separate tasks as the qa module will need more changes. Follow up ticket: In Optimize 7, add 7.22 to the engine compatibility test #4671
• Manual testing is required and specified in the description. I will ping QA about it.
