Version and Environment

Mnesiac: latest
OS/Distro: debian 4.9.0-9-amd64

Expected behavior

Nodes should create the tables

Actual behavior

Nodes don't create tables and cause tons of aborted errors due to mnesia tables not existing

Steps to reproduce

Have 15 nodes up and use mnesiac

This issue is old, but will look into it soon. I've never hit this myself, but I'll see if it happens at the certain threshold of nodes or something.
