Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Using the automated script, we can specify the db_instance_name.
This customization is not supproted for terraform deployment at the moment.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a variable that can be used to customize the RDS instance name for terrform deployment.

Nice to have that can be added later :
Ideally, the RDS instance creationg should be skipped if an instance with the provided name already exists and it should re-use that instance.
