Missing some package in vuln-list #248

When I run trivy-db to operator the vuln-list,There are some errors about bundler,composer and node.
I found that these packages are missing in vuln-list and the files are dir/$budlerDir/$gems,etc.rather than dir/vuln-list/$almaDir
Any suggestion for me?
