Update Logo SVG Colors and ProgressCircle SVG Colors

Right now the Logo.svg (and ico) and the Progress Circle SVG default to being based on the Pomotroid theme, which was initially the default. These should eventually get updated to be based on the default theme.

I'm opening this as a reminder because while I've created the Rangitoto theme, and changed it to the default, I'm not fully settle on that being the default, or the theme being in it's final form.
