Prerequisites

  • I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.

Criteria

  • Reasonably well-known and widely used (e.g. if it's a GitHub project, it should have at least 100 stars and/or 50 forks)
  • English interface (or at least English documentation)
  • Latest stable version
  • Full version (i.e. not a trial version)
  • Fairly standard install (e.g. uses a version-specific download URL, no elaborate pre/post install scripts)

Name

googlechrome-for-testing

Description

Version of Chrome For Testing. Mainly to be used with ChromeDriver Version.

Homepage

Some Indication of Popularity/Repute

ChromeDriver is in the main bucket. This would be a nice complement to it. Currently, it isn't super feasible to use scoop install googlechrome along with scoop install chromedriver. Here is a entry blog for the product too. Here is the repo.

The json should be very similar to this one for the chromedriver.
