Implement adaptor for OpenCRVS

OpenCRVS is an open-source digital solution for civil registration. Countries use OpenCRVS to register births and deaths and issue certificates for these life events.

The vision is to have OpenFn as a workflow engine for OpenCRVS to handle simple to complex workflows/business processes before or after CRVS has received data for processing.
