🎯 Problem to be solved

Lido CSM has an extended UI that makes it easier to run DVs.

We have fully implemented a feature that will allow smooth operation of the DV clusters in CSM, specifically Obol DVs!

From now on users can open https://csm.testnet.fi/?mode=extended or https://csm.testnet.fi/keys/submit?mode=extended to get access to the hidden feature of setting custom addresses for the Node Operator.

When creating a CSM Node Operator that is actually an Obol cluster users can specify custom managerAddress and rewardAddress. Additionally they can opt-in to an extended manager address permissions that will make manager address capable of changing reward address without a two-phased process.

You can read more about the addresses permissions and the extended mode here https://docs.lido.fi/staking-modules/csm/guides/addresses

Once users connect their wallet and navigate to the Node Operator creation tab they can tap on a little text "Specify custom addresses" to open extended menu where the magic happens.

🛠️ Proposed solution

We should make a quickstart guide for deploying an ObolLidoSplit + a SAFE + a Split.org split for a CSM Squad.

🧪 Tests

👐 Additional acceptance criteria

  • User tested with a community squad
