bug: tests arent passing in CI #56

We should get the tests passing and update CI to run them properly. I noticed theres 160+ tests that run when I add actual credentials and the streams below caused issues due to permissions but with them commented out I had almost all tests passing except for tap_stream_returns_records which is likely due to my test account.
