[Feature] vtkInteractorStyleTrackballActor port

Feature Request

Hi! I notice that there's a trackball camera interactor style (https://github.com/Kitware/vtk-js/tree/master/Sources/Interaction/Style/InteractorStyleTrackballCamera), but I was just wondering if there would be the trackball actor interactor syle (https://vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkInteractorStyleTrackballActor.html, https://github.com/Kitware/VTK/blob/master/Interaction/Style/vtkInteractorStyleTrackballActor.cxx).

Motivation and Detailed Description

I think this would be a helpful interactor style to have in the VTK-js ecosystem. I'm currently moving a C++ app to a web app, and it would be great to have this! Thanks!
